hurry-up meat loaves
I recieved this recipe from my mother 7/22/00. It's very easy and my family loves it. Being 6 small meat loaves it's great to serve with a salad and mashed potatoes and corn for a couple of guests at the dinner table.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (5oz.) evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
How To Make hurry-up meat loaves

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until mixture is thoroughly blended. Shape mixture into 6 loaves; place loaves on rack of greased broiler pan. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaves. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
