Step 1Trim excess fat off meat, cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture. Brown in hot oil, add water Top each piece of steak wiyh horseradish, cover, reduce hrat, and simmer 45 minutes, or until tendr. Makes 4 servings.
