Made Hamburger Helper in the instant pot and I wasn't crazy about the taste so I just made it this way and tastes better

Ingredients For homemade crunchy taco hamburger helper

  • 1 pkg
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 bag
    rice
  • 1 c
    mild salsa
  • 1 bag
    corn chips or tortilla chips

How To Make homemade crunchy taco hamburger helper

    Cook ground beef as you would in skillet drain grease

    Add Taco seasoning and Salsa

    Cook Rice as to package directions

    * can combine taco mixture and Rice I cook it separately and keep it in containers to reheat in the microwave and mix together reheat add topping and chips or scoop the taco meat with chips like dip with no rice
