- 1 can cream corn
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hobo casserole w/ cream corn topping
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray square baking dish with Pam. Place hamburgar in bowl, season to taste, mix by hand, roll in ball. Mix can soup and cream corn together. This should make it easier to pour and spread. Press hamburgar to cover bottom of pan. Slice Onions on top. Slice potatoes on top of onions, salt and pepper to taste.
-
Step 2Cover potatoes with the shredded cheese. Pour soup/corn mixture over top of cheese. Spread to cover all evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
-
Step 3Note: I used the package of shredded "3 cheese cheddar" and the package of shredded "5 cheese Italian". I did not measure the cheese exactly. I took a couple of handfuls each of both cheese's to spread over the potatoes. Use as much cheese to your taste.
