Healthy Taco Salad
6 cromaine lettuce chopped
1 lb93% lean ground beef
1 pkg1.75 oz pkg low sodium taco seasoning
1/2 ccooked black beans
1 ozcorn - canned or frozen either one works
2 ozlow fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsplow fat ranch dressing
·salsa - as much as you want
How to Make Healthy Taco Salad
- In a pan over medium heat brown ground beef. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning packet.
- Dice tomato and mince onion and add to the ground beef.
- Once the onion is tender add the corn and black beans and cook a few minutes until everything is throughly heated.
- Top Romaine lettuce with beef mixture and salsa and salad dressing and shredded cheese and enjoy!
