Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
- 1 package 1.75 oz pkg low sodium taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1 large tomato
- 1 ounce corn - canned or frozen either one works
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 ounces low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons low fat ranch dressing
- - salsa - as much as you want
How To Make healthy taco salad

Step 1In a pan over medium heat brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning packet.

Step 2Dice tomato and mince onion and add to the ground beef.

Step 3Once the onion is tender add the corn and black beans and cook a few minutes until everything is throughly heated.

Step 4Top Romaine lettuce with beef mixture and salsa and salad dressing and shredded cheese and enjoy!
