hawaiian burger (my way)
Why fight a slice of pineapple slice sliding out of your burger while biting into it. Try this idea and add pineapple ice cream topping to your hamburger before grilling!

Ingredients
- - hamburger
- jar pineapple ice cream topping
- - bell pepper
- - carmelized onions (with butter and sugar)
- - pepper jack cheese slices
- - bbq sauce of your choice
How To Make hawaiian burger (my way)

Step 1Dice bell pepper.

Step 2Combine diced bell pepper, pineapple topping and can add BBQ sauce to your burger to your taste. Careful not to add too much so your burger doesn't fall apart on the grill. You may want to add an egg to help burgers hold their form. Form into patties and grill.

Step 3Top with Pepper Jack cheese. I find it is a great contrast to the sweet burger. Don't forget carmelized onions!

Step 4You can reserve some of the pineapple topping to use as a condiment like you would mayo. Have fun with it. Make your own combination.
