Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 2
    carrots, sliced into 1"-pieces
  • 12 oz
    fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    3 lb chuck roast
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt & pepper

How to Make Harvest pot roast

Step-by-Step

  1. In slow cooker, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
  2. Pour 1/2 the ketchup mix over veggies in cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Spoon remaining ketchup mix over roast. Cover, cook about 7 hrs, or until very tender.
