Ingredients
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 2 - carrots, sliced into 1"-pieces
- 12 ounces fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 3 lb chuck roast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
How To Make harvest pot roast

Step 1In slow cooker, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.

Step 2Pour 1/2 the ketchup mix over veggies in cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Spoon remaining ketchup mix over roast. Cover, cook about 7 hrs, or until very tender.
