Ingredients

onion, sliced

carrots, sliced into 1"-pieces
12 oz
fresh mushrooms, quartered
4 tsp
minced garlic

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1 c
ketchup
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1
3 lb chuck roast
1/4 tsp
salt & pepper

How to Make Harvest pot roast

Step-by-Step

  • 1In slow cooker, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2Pour 1/2 the ketchup mix over veggies in cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Spoon remaining ketchup mix over roast. Cover, cook about 7 hrs, or until very tender.
