Ingredients

  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 - carrots, sliced into 1"-pieces
  • 12 ounces fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper

How To Make harvest pot roast

  • Step 1
    In slow cooker, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
  • Step 2
    Pour 1/2 the ketchup mix over veggies in cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Spoon remaining ketchup mix over roast. Cover, cook about 7 hrs, or until very tender.
