spanish rice hamburger cabbage casserole
This is a recipe I created. The Spanish rice adds a nice flavor to the typical casserole. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 package spanish rice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1/2 jar meat tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon your favorite steak seasoning
How To Make spanish rice hamburger cabbage casserole

Step 1chop up your head of lettuce and onion

Step 2in a frying pan, cook hamburger, onion, Worcester sauce, minced garlic, and steak seasoning; drain (drains the grease but not the flavor)

Step 3cook Spanish rice accordingly to instructions in a small separate pan

Step 4mix rice with the other cooked ingredients and add the diced can of tomatoes with liquid, add 1/2 jar of meat spaghetti sauce and stir it all together and mix it well

Step 5add chopped cabbage to a large, oiled casserole dish, then put all the other mixture on top of cabbage and pat down evenly

Step 6cover and cook for about 75 minutes or until done.
