2Place sliced potatoes in slow-cooker or casserole dish. Add half the cabbage. Top with half the onions. Place beef over vegetables and sprinkle with half the seasonings. Top with remaining cabbage, onions and seasonings. Spread ketchup over all.
3To cook in slow-cooker:
Cook on low 6 hours.
To cook in oven:
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
