guinness spicy horsey maple mustard corned beef
One of my favorite meats is corned beef. I'm totally addicted to it. I found this corned beef round at Publix. It had less fat than the brisket and it was totally delicious. I slow cooked it Guinness Draught and covered it in the tastiest mustard sauce. I hope you enjoy. Cooking with Love & Passion. sw :)
