Ingredients
- 1 can 14-oz can beef broth
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 - cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 pound beef flank steak
- 3 medium bell peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into quarters (red, yellow, green)
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 8 - 6-8 inch flour tortillas

Step 1Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder and ground red pepper in a resealable plastic food storage bag; knead bag to combine. Add beef and seal. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 2Remove beef from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill beef over hot coals 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill bell peppers and onions 7-10 minutes or until tender, turning once.

Step 3Slice beef and serve with bell peppers, onions, tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
