We needed a healthier version of the less healthy typical ground beef tacos my kids ask for. This taco filling is really lean, packed with flavor, healthier and the best part is that everyone seems to love it. Add seasoned pinto beans & Spanish rice to make for a Terrific Taco Tuesday! Enjoy!
