How To Make ground beef/chorizo burritos

  • Step 1
Start cooking the ground beef and chorizo. Be sure to take the chorizo out of the casing first. Add the onions and green bell pepper. Sprinkle in the salt and pepper and add the garlic. Mix well.
  • Step 2
Chop the potatoes up and fry them separately. Add the corn and simmer. When done, set aside.
  • Step 3
Keep chopping up the meat into small amounts like taco meet. Stir and keep cooking until the onions are glazed and meat is cooked. Add the salsa and fried potatoes, then mix it throughly and let it simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to blend...turn of stove

With the tortilla, place a large amount of mixture along the middle and fold it up after topping it with grated cheese. Pass it around and enjoy supper..
