grilled balsamic flank steak
I got this recipe from a Jewish site while looking for new recipes for our Shabbat meals. Whether eating kosher is important to you or not, this is marvelous! Give it a try. I think you will love it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pounds flank steak
- - salt and pepper
How To Make grilled balsamic flank steak

Step 1Combine first four ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add steak, turn to coat; marinade for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. I like to marinade over-night in the fridge.

Step 2Sprinkle with salt and pepper after removing from marinade and before grilling.

Step 3Grill until desired doneness.

Step 4If you don’t want to/can’t grill, try broiling for 5-7 minutes per side. Then check and see if it is done enough for you.

Step 5Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain.
