- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 bag - sauerkraut,drained.
- 1 cup minute rice.
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 - tomatos cubed
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make grandma's german hash

Step 1In a dutch oven,cook ground beef till no longer pink,crunble. Drain off grease. Stir in sauerkraut. sprinkle rice over the top. Add beef broth. Do not stir. add tomatos and tomato paste. cover and simmer 15-20 min. Ready to serve.
