Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 tablespoons thyme, leaves
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 - garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 4 - filet mignon
  • SIDES COWBOY CAVIAR
  • GORGONZOLA TWICE-BAKED POTATOES WITH BACON

How To Make gorgonzola-pine nut-herb butter steak

  • Step 1
    Preheat the outdoor grill on medium - high heat. Place the softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, spices and pine nuts into a food processor. Puree until incorporated, season with salt and pepper. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness (always RARE).
  • Step 2
    To serve, top with 2 Tablespoons of spiced butter.
