Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 3 tablespoons thyme, leaves
- 2 tablespoons rosemary sprigs
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 - garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 4 - filet mignon

How To Make gorgonzola-pine nut-herb butter steak

Step 1Preheat the outdoor grill on medium - high heat. Place the softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, spices and pine nuts into a food processor. Puree until incorporated, season with salt and pepper. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness (always RARE).

Step 2To serve, top with 2 Tablespoons of spiced butter.
