I took my dinner out late. Was still frozen. So I couldnt fry the steak for dinner, but no body told me I couldnt "Bake" it. It smelled so good. Plus so much less work for me to do. I need a break/help every now & then. I will post a pic once I get it. 12/20/11

How to Make Gonna Fry but Bake Your Steak Dinner

Step-by-Step

  1. First pre hat the oven to 350F. Then on an old cookie sheet lined with foil & sprayed drizzled with E.V.O.O....
  2. Next sprinkle each side of the steaks with the seasons & pat in. Place on foil lined cookie sheet.
  3. Then bake for about 20 to 35 mins. Depending on doneness & thinkness of steaks.
  4. Special Tip: E.V.O.O. means Extra Vrigin Olive Oil.
