This has been our favorite meat loaf recipe for a long time. It's also great as meat loaf sliders made with the leftovers.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup realemon lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs, 3 slices
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon, instant
How To Make glazed meat loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2In small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, and mustard.

Step 3In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup ketchup mixture; mix well.

Step 4In shallow baking dish (pie plate or 9 x 13); shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour.

Step 5Pour off fat. Pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf; bake 10 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers.
