ginger beef and green beans

Recipe by

This quick and easy meal can be prepared and on the table in under half an hour. We love it as is but also have served it over cooked rice. The tender crisp green beans bring great texture to the beef. I often use the shredded beef sold in the meat department for even faster prep.
