Ingredients
- 2 - steaks
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 dash salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make garlic butter beef

Step 1Using a Mortar and Pestle, or the flat side of a knife, mash the garlic with a large pinch of salt until it forms a paste.

Step 2In a Medium bowl, combine the garlic paste, butter, thyme, black pepper and 1 tsp of salt. Smear half the mixture on both sides of the steaks.

Step 3Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to soak up the flavor. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Grill for 5 minutes on George Foreman grill.
