zucchini, sliced thin lengthwise
can tomato sauce 1 to 2 cans
small curd or low fat cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese, grated
How to Make Gardener's Lasagna
1Brown ground beef with garlic until cooked through.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt and Italian seasoning.
2Mix together cottage cheese, beaten egg and parsley.
3Use a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish.
Alternate layers of sliced zucchini, cottage cheese mixture, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
Repeat till all ingredients are gone.
Make 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
