How to Make FRENCH DIP--CROCK POT

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place roast in crock-pot. Add water, soy sauce and seasonings, cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours, or until beef is tender. Remove meat from broth, shred with fork and keep warm. Strain broth, skim off fat. Pour broth in small cups for dipping. Serve on rolls. Makes 8 servings.
