Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or venison
- 1 1/2 pounds lean beef, such as sirloin or round steak, cut into small cubes
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil (if needed to brown meat)
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 3 - jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 3 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 cans)
- 2 cans tomato juice (48 oz.)
- 1 1/2 cups chili powder
- 1` tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 can wolf brand chili - no beans
- 3 cans ranch style beans (15 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-3 tablespoon cornmeal (to thicken, as needed)
How To Make fredda's slow cooker chili

Step 1Brown the ground beef and cubed meat.

Step 2In the slow cooker, combine the ground beef, lean beef, onion, peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato juice and spices. Cook on low for six hours.

Step 3Stir in the Wolf Brand Chili, Ranch Style Beans, honey & cornmeal.

Step 4Continue to cook on low for 1-3 hours.

Step 5Enjoy! Freezes beautifully.
