Ingredients

1 lb
chuck steak, lean
1
envelope onion soup mix
2-3
medium potatoes- halved
3
sliced carrots
1/2
green epper
1
medium onion-sliced
3 Tbsp
butter
dash(es)
salt
2
stalks of celery-sliced

How to Make Foiled Steak Supper

Step-by-Step

  • 1Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18" wide Reynolds wrap
  • 2Place chuck steak in the middle of the wrap
  • 3Sprinkle with onion soup
  • 4Cover steak with veggies- as many or as little as you prefer
  • 5Dot veggies with butter
  • 6Sprinkle with salt
  • 7Fold wrap over mixture leaving a little space for expansion of steam
  • 8Seal foil
  • 9Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till done
  • 10Open foil carefully
  • 11Enjoy!
