  • 1 lb
    chuck steak, lean
  • 1
    envelope onion soup mix
  • 2-3
    medium potatoes- halved
  • 3
    sliced carrots
  • 1/2
    green epper
  • 1
    medium onion-sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • dash(es)
  • 2
    stalks of celery-sliced

How to Make Foiled Steak Supper


  1. Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18" wide Reynolds wrap
  2. Place chuck steak in the middle of the wrap
  3. Sprinkle with onion soup
  4. Cover steak with veggies- as many or as little as you prefer
  5. Dot veggies with butter
  6. Sprinkle with salt
  7. Fold wrap over mixture leaving a little space for expansion of steam
  8. Seal foil
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till done
  10. Open foil carefully
  11. Enjoy!
