Ingredients

  • 1 pound chuck steak, lean
  • 1 - envelope onion soup mix
  • 2-3 - medium potatoes- halved
  • 3 - sliced carrots
  • 1/2 - green epper
  • 1 - medium onion-sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • dash salt
  • 2 - stalks of celery-sliced

How To Make foiled steak supper

  • Step 1
    Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18" wide Reynolds wrap
  • Step 2
    Place chuck steak in the middle of the wrap
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with onion soup
  • Step 4
    Cover steak with veggies- as many or as little as you prefer
  • Step 5
    Dot veggies with butter
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with salt
  • Step 7
    Fold wrap over mixture leaving a little space for expansion of steam
  • Step 8
    Seal foil
  • Step 9
    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till done
  • Step 10
    Open foil carefully
  • Step 11
