Although I really dislike steak, I do really like this because it doesn't taste like just plain ole steak. The flavor palate of this just dances like a fiesta in your mouth.

- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 can beer
- 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic from jar
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 cup salsa verde, green salsa

Step 1In a zip lock bag, add all ingredients turn to coat and refridgerate for 2 hours, turning a few times.

Step 2Grill under broiler or grill pan until med rare.

Step 3Seerve with sour cream and more salsa, with yellow rice on the side.
