Although I really dislike steak, I do really like this because it doesn't taste like just plain ole steak.
The flavor palate of this just dances like a fiesta in your mouth.

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb
    flank steak
  • 1/2 can(s)
  • 1 small
    onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic from jar
  • 1 small
    bunch cilantro
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 c
    salsa verde, green salsa

How to Make Flank Steak Marinated in Beer


  1. In a zip lock bag, add all ingredients turn to coat and refridgerate for 2 hours, turning a few times.
  2. Grill under broiler or grill pan until med rare.
  3. Seerve with sour cream and more salsa, with yellow rice on the side.
