Although I really dislike steak, I do really like this because it doesn't taste like just plain ole steak. The flavor palate of this just dances like a fiesta in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/2 can beer
  • 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic from jar
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde, green salsa

How To Make flank steak marinated in beer

  • Step 1
    In a zip lock bag, add all ingredients turn to coat and refridgerate for 2 hours, turning a few times.
  • Step 2
    Grill under broiler or grill pan until med rare.
  • Step 3
    Seerve with sour cream and more salsa, with yellow rice on the side.
