fireman bob's cincinnati chili done my way...
A Friend sent this to me a long time ago... since then, I went into the kitchen and did some adjusting my way... I hope you like it as much as I do....

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 quart water
- 1 large can - petite diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or 3 cloves of garlic (cloves are best)
- 2 medium onions - diced small
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 - squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoon celary seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce ( your choice, i always use tabasco )

Step 1Brown ground beef with onions; add tomatoes, sauce, water, and rest of spices. Cook at least 3-4 hours on simmer without a lid. Stir occasionally ( every 15 to 20 minutes. )

Step 2Chili can be served in a bowl or over spaghetti and even in a bread bowl...with sides of grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, chili beans, and chopped onions to add as you like.
