1*** Note I keep a bowl in my freezer of various color bell peppers, yellow, orange, red and green, and I just pull out what I need. Each pepper color has its own distinctive flavor, mixed together is what makes this, but experiment on your own what you like :)
2Put 2 T of Olive oil in a frying pan and put in the Beef strips onions and pepper mix. Add seasonings, and cook to your liking.
3Cut one Toufayan Low-Carb Pita across the center to form 2 pockets.
4Garnish as you like, put in the meat/pepper/onion mixture, put in the tomatoes, sour cream and what ever else you would like such as lettuce, or black olives.
