Ingredients
- 1 pound beef - your choice cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup various bell peppers (see below)
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 - toufayan low carb pita bread cut in half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons tony chachere's more spice seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make fajita pita

Step 1*** Note I keep a bowl in my freezer of various color bell peppers, yellow, orange, red and green, and I just pull out what I need. Each pepper color has its own distinctive flavor, mixed together is what makes this, but experiment on your own what you like :)

Step 2Put 2 T of Olive oil in a frying pan and put in the Beef strips onions and pepper mix. Add seasonings, and cook to your liking.

Step 3Cut one Toufayan Low-Carb Pita across the center to form 2 pockets.

Step 4Garnish as you like, put in the meat/pepper/onion mixture, put in the tomatoes, sour cream and what ever else you would like such as lettuce, or black olives. Enjoy!
