Ingredients
- 1 - whole eye of round roast
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
How To Make eye of round roast

Step 1Preheat oven to 475 farenhight.

Step 2Place roast in open roasting pan. Combine oil, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Rub over beef. Roast 10 minutes per pound. Turn oven back to it's lowest setting. Leave roast in oven all day until ready to serve (minimum 4 hours).

Step 3Remove to serving platter. Use drippings to make gravy if desired. Use leftovers for hot roast beef sandwiches the next day.
