Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- - chopped onion
- - chopped bell pepper
- 1 dash flour
- 1 can campbells cream of mushroom soup (cream of chicken is delicious, too.)
How To Make elvis' favorite hamburger steak

Step 1Mix hamburger with chopped onion and bell pepper, a dash of flour. Form a King-sized patty.(I make two). Brown it, put in baking dish, cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Sometimes I substitute cream of chicken soup. But, Elvis liked cream of mushroom.
