ellen's round meatloaf
A little bit off the beaten path from ordinary meatloaf. Great taste. Leftovers are great for sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
How To Make ellen's round meatloaf

Step 1Combine meat, 1 cup of the cheese, bread crumbs, celery, onion, egg and seasonings; mix lightly. Shape into 9-inch round loaf in a shallow baking dish--I use 9x13.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 1 hour; pour off drippings.

Step 3Pour tomato sauce over meatloaf; top with remaining cheese. Continue baking 15 minutes.

Step 4Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
