At this time of year there are many, many special chili recipes for Super Bowl celebrations which are submitted by USA chefs. I love them all; however not to be outdone by my American counterparts, and in celebration of our Canadian football, Grey Cup competition between the two best teams in Canada - one from the East and one from the West, I respectfully submit my own recipe for Elaine's Grey Cup chili.
Although developed to enjoy during the "Grey Cup", I say this delicious fare can be enjoyed during any other celebration.... vis a vis. Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, after school, or no reason..
