2 Tbspshortening

1 Tbspflour

1/2 ccatsup

1/2 cwater

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1/8 tsppepper

1beef bouillon cube

1 clovegarlic minced

1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1 boxmushrooms, fresh

2 largepeppers cut into rings

1 mediumonion cut into rings
How to Make EDDIE'S CUBED PEPPER STEAK WITH MUSHROOMS
- Brow beef cubes in shortening, remove from pan.
- Blend in flour to make a smooth paste
- Add catsup, water, soy sauce pepper, bouillon cube, garlic, ans onion bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer for 20 minutes
- Add beef to sauce cook until tender.
- Add mushrooms, pepper, and onion rings cook for about 10 minutes or until crisp tender. DO NOT ADD SALT OR ACCENT.
- Serve immediately with hot fluffy rice.
