3 ccabbage, diced
1 can(s)(14.5oz can) stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)(8oz can) tomato sauce, (no salt) (i used hunt’s no salt added)
1/2 cbrown rice, short grain
3 cbeef broth, low sodium (more if you wish)

Add the diced cabbage, stewed tomato, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup brown rice, and 3 cups beef broth. Add pepper to taste. Let come to a boil then turn down to a simmer for 30 to 45 minutes covered.
