Easy top of the stove chuck roast
beef chuck roast, trimmed
28 oz can diced tomatoes w/ juice.
1In lg pot, over medium heat, heat oil. Brown roast on all sides. Sprinkle w/ onion and garlic powders, oregano, salt and pepper.
2Add onions and tomatoes w/ juice. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 2-2-1/2 hrs or until tender.
