Ingredients
- 10 - 12 pounds beef brisket
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 cups barbecue sauce, hickory flavor
- 2 tablespoons celery salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 packages lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup water

Step 1In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

Step 2In the bottom of a large roasting pan, mix all the liquid ingredients together, stirring well. Stir in the dry ingredients to make sauce.

Step 3Add the brisket to the pan and coat all sides with the mixture. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours to marinate, turning occsionally.

Step 4Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Step 5Place brisket in oven and bake for approximately 5 hours or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Slice against the grain and serve.
