Ingredients

2-1/2 lbchuck roast
-
1-1/4 clow-sodium beef broth
-
1 Tbspplus 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

2 tspdry italian seasonings
-
2 tsponion powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
4red potatoes, cleaned, cut into chunks
-
12 ozbaby carrots
-
1bag frozen pearl onions, not in sauce
How to Make Easy slow-cooked pot roast
- Place roast in slow-cooker. Pour broth over roast. Drizzle w/ worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle w/ italian seasonings, onion powder, and garlic powder. Season w/ salt and pepper.
- Cover, cook on low for 7 hrs. remove roast from cooker. Add potatoes, carrots and onions to cooker. Return roast to cooker, placing roast on top of veggies.
- Cover, cook on high 1-1/2 hrs, or until veggies are tender, pouring broth over roast.
