This is a very simple recipe, but very moist and delicious. I got this from my dad. He would start this dish early in the morning and by dinner time it would be done.

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pound chuck roast
- 1-1/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry italian seasonings
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 - red potatoes, cleaned, cut into chunks
- 12 ounces baby carrots
- 1 - bag frozen pearl onions, not in sauce
How To Make easy slow-cooked pot roast

Step 1Place roast in slow-cooker. Pour broth over roast. Drizzle w/ worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle w/ italian seasonings, onion powder, and garlic powder. Season w/ salt and pepper.

Step 2Cover, cook on low for 7 hrs. remove roast from cooker. Add potatoes, carrots and onions to cooker. Return roast to cooker, placing roast on top of veggies.

Step 3Cover, cook on high 1-1/2 hrs, or until veggies are tender, pouring broth over roast.
