This was my mother-in-laws recipe originally. However, it is one of my most asked for recipes...and my husband can't get enough of it.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- - carrots, quartered
- - potatoes quartered
How To Make easy pot roast

Step 1Place roast in roasting pan Add soups and water on top of roast. Cover roaster and put in 275 oven for 3 hours.

Step 2Use amount of carrots and potatoes you prefer for this beef roast. Place potatoes and carrots around the roast and continue to roast for an additional hour. In 4 hours your entire meal is done, complete with gravy and veggies.

Step 3*If you choose to use a larger roast, double the soups and water for more gravy.
