Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 10 1/2 ounces can tomato soup

How To Make easy porcupine meatballs

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except tomato soup. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Brown in margarine on both sides. Place in a roaster and cover with undiluted soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
