Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion, sliced
  • 1 md
    head cabbage, sliced
  • 1 can
    condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make

    In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  • 2
    Stir in the sliced cabbage, tomato soup, tomatoes (with liquid), salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in sour cream just before serving.
