- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium head cabbage, sliced
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make easy cabbage casserole

Step 1In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion; drain fat.

Step 2Stir in the sliced cabbage, tomato soup, tomatoes (with liquid), salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Stir in sour cream just before serving.
