1 mediumonion, sliced
1 mediumhead cabbage, sliced
1 can(s)condensed tomato soup
1 can(s)diced tomatoes
·salt and pepper to taste
1/2 csour cream
How to Make EASY CABBAGE CASSEROLE
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion; drain fat.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage, tomato soup, tomatoes (with liquid), salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
