This is an easy, delicious roast I like to make for Sunday dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 4-5 lb beef brisket
  • 2 cups smoky-flavored bbq sauce
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make easy beef brisket roast

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Place brisket, fat-side up in pan.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over beef. Cover lightly w/ foil.
  • Step 3
    Roast 3-1/2 hrs, or until fork-tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut across grain into 1/4"-thick slices. Serve w/ sauve from pan.
