Ingredients
- 1 - 4-5 lb beef brisket
- 2 cups smoky-flavored bbq sauce
- 1 can french onion soup
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make easy beef brisket roast

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Place brisket, fat-side up in pan.

Step 2In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over beef. Cover lightly w/ foil.

Step 3Roast 3-1/2 hrs, or until fork-tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut across grain into 1/4"-thick slices. Serve w/ sauve from pan.
