I found the recipe to make sure I got the ingredients right~ in her handwriting it says Groulash Soup. how fitting I post it in October. This is a soup my mother in law taught me how to make. I have vegetarians in my family and have made with out meat. either way it is delish.

Ingredients
- 4 medium onions
- 2 to 6 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons evoo
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound unseasoned sausage
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes cubed
- 4 medium roma tomatoes chopped
- 3 cups beef stock
How To Make dona's onion soup

Step 1Saute onions until translucent, add garlic till aromatic. Then add paprika. Salt & pepper to taste.

Step 2Stir in meat, leave in bite size pieces, brown well

Step 3Add beef stock and the rest of the ingredients, simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Step 4This has a tomato base but you can add dumplings, if you decide to add dumplings do so the last 15 minutes.
