darlene & candi's meatloaf!
The story behind this meatloaf is...Hubby loved his mothers meatloaf and no matter how I made meatloaf he hated it! (frankly, so did I!!) So, A lil old lady at church gave me a few pointers, then another lil old lady at church gave me a few pointers! This is what I came up with, Hubby's Mom, Darlene, apparently made it just like this except for my personalized drain pan of course!! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 8-10 - butter crakers, crushed
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 5 tablespoons mayonaise
- 3 tablespoons onion diced
- 3 tablespoons garlic diced
- 3 tablespoons celery diced
- 1 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 4 slices toasted bread torn up
How To Make darlene & candi's meatloaf!

Step 1Cook garlic, onion and celery in butter or oil for about 5 minutes. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix very very thoroughly. place into holy meatloaf pan and cook in 350* oven for 1 hour

Step 2I hate meat to cook in it's own fat, so I came up with a solution! I got a pan from a thrift store and drilled holes in it!, I make a liner with aluminum foil or you can just use another pan under the holey pan to catch the fat.
