  • 1-2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cucumber casserole

  • Step 1
    Slice cucumbers, add onion in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add browned meat; pour soup over veggies and meat. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
