Ingredients

1-2 large
cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 large
onion, sliced
1 can(s)
condensed cream of celery soup
1 lb
ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Slice cucumbers, add onion in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add browned meat; pour soup over veggies and meat. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
