- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce 8oz
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 cup dry cooking wine
- 1 jar pimentos small
- salt/pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make cuban meatballs

Step 1Add salt/pepper to ground beef, form into meatballs, set aside

Step 2dice onions, peppers & garlic in a large skillet saute in the olive oil (slow and low)

Step 3add in the tomato sauce, petite diced tomatoes, pimentos & wine.

Step 4add in the meatballs and simmer on low-med for 30 mins.
