How to Make Crockpot stuffed green peppers

  • 1Brown meat in seasonings, drain well then add tomato sauce, tomato paste and Rotelle
  • 2slice green peppers-I do it on my mandolin slicer in rounds but however you want to cut them just make sure they are fairly small.
  • 3Cook rice as directed on package, drain then mix with meat and rotelle
  • 4Dice the jalapeƱo pepper, mix with the rice and meat mix
  • 5layer rice, peppers, cheese and continue to layer until crock pot is full. Top with cheese and set Crockpot to low.
  • 6Let heat all the way through until the cheese melts then it is time to serve. Will sit for a long time-if you can keep people out of it.
