    crushed red peppers

How to Make Crockpot stuffed green peppers

  1. Brown meat in seasonings, drain well then add tomato sauce, tomato paste and Rotelle
  2. slice green peppers-I do it on my mandolin slicer in rounds but however you want to cut them just make sure they are fairly small.
  3. Cook rice as directed on package, drain then mix with meat and rotelle
  4. Dice the jalapeño pepper, mix with the rice and meat mix
  5. layer rice, peppers, cheese and continue to layer until crock pot is full. Top with cheese and set Crockpot to low.
  6. Let heat all the way through until the cheese melts then it is time to serve. Will sit for a long time-if you can keep people out of it.
