I put this together the night before.When leaving for work I start the crock pot. Ater a long day of work the smell in the kitchen is amazing.

    stew beef or beef tenderloin cut in cubes
  • 8
    red potatoes medium cut in half
  • 1 lb
    baby carrots left whole
  • 1 large
    yellow onion diced
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper diced
  • 1 bag(s)
    celery cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 3 can(s)
    beef gravy

How to Make Crock pot beef stew


  1. Flour and season beef cubes. brown on medium/low heat on all sides.
  2. Place beef in crock pot and add the rest of ingredients. Season with garlic powder,onion powder,salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a few casns of water to cover top.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and veggies are tender.
