Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 package brown gravy
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 4 ounces sour cream
How To Make creamy stroganoff

Step 1Dredge stew meat with flour, add pinch of salt and pepper. Sear for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add beef to a casserole dish and set aside. Saute garlic, onion and mushroom in oil. Add to beef.

Step 3Add in soup, gravy (a jar of gravy or packet with water) bake at 300 for 2 hours. Last 1/2 hour add a mixture of 2 tsp of cornstarch and 3 tsp of water to thicken. Remove from oven and mix in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
