Clinton Kelly's Texas Nachos
4 slicebacon, finely chopped
1 clettuce, shredded
1 mediumjalapeños, diced
1/4 lbground beef
1 mediumtomato, diced
1 jar(s)queso (like mild feta cheese) melts well
How to Make Clinton Kelly's Texas Nachos
- In a sauté pan add 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ground beef. Cook until brown and no longer pink. Add jalapeños and mix to combine.
Melt queso in a small saucepan.
In another sauté pan , add bacon and cook until crispy.
On a large platter arrange tortilla chips. Top chips with beef and jalapeños followed by melted cheese, lettuce. tomatoes and bacon. Serve immediately.
