Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp
    salt
  • 1.5 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp
    allspice
  • 3 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed dried red pepper

How to Make Fireman Bob's Cincinnati Skyline Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ground beef and water until soupy.
  2. Mix in other ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered 3 hours.
  4. Stir occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
  5. Note: Top with grated cheddar, onions, chili beans or use as sauce over noodles or spaghetti.
