Wow!!! I have found an " Orphan " recipe... I will be tweaking this to make it mine... I will be working on this one for a few days ... Stay Tuned! Lol! Always something to keep me busy while recovering... :)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1.5 teaspoons allspice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper

How To Make fireman bob's cincinnati skyline chili

  • Step 1
    Mix ground beef and water until soupy.
  • Step 2
    Mix in other ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Simmer, uncovered 3 hours.
  • Step 4
    Stir occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
  • Step 5
    Note: Top with grated cheddar, onions, chili beans or use as sauce over noodles or spaghetti.
